OlyoTrip – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client” or “you”) and OlyoTrip (“OlyoTrip,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking any travel service or package with OlyoTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

Scope of Services

• Private & Group Tours: Curated group departures and personalized itineraries.
• Customized Travel: Tailor-made experiences to suit individual preferences and budgets.
• Honeymoon & Family Packages: Handpicked romantic and family-friendly destinations.
• Adventure & Luxury Travel: Both budget-friendly and premium travel options across global destinations.

Booking and Payment Terms

• Booking Confirmation: A specified non-refundable advance is required to confirm your booking. All initial quotes are tentative and subject to change depending on availability and final inclusions.
• Payment Policy: Payments must be made as per the plan shared with you. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and payment gateways. All payments must be in INR. For international bookings, prevailing ROE (Rate of Exchange) will apply at the time of final payment.
• Failure to Pay: Incomplete payments by the due date may result in booking cancellation.
• TCS Compliance: As per government guidelines, 20% TCS applies on international payments exceeding ₹7 lakhs per financial year.
• Unrecognized Deposits: Cash deposits directly into OlyoTrip’s bank account without prior communication will be invalid and non-refundable.

Pricing and Inclusions

• Pricing: Package prices are subject to availability and forex fluctuations. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of full payment.
• Inclusions/Exclusions: Your package inclusions will be listed clearly in your confirmation document. Any unlisted service will be chargeable separately.

Cancellations and Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as per the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days.
• Credit notes may be issued instead of refunds.
• Visa rejections and other external rejections are not refundable unless stated.
• Clients must verify documents and report discrepancies before travel.

Itinerary Changes

• OlyoTrip may alter or substitute hotels, transport, or itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Group tours require a minimum of 12 travelers. If not met, trips may be rescheduled or alternatives offered.
• On-tour safety adjustments may occur (e.g., natural calamities).

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• OlyoTrip is not liable for losses due to lack of insurance.
• Travelers must disclose health conditions that may affect the trip.

Health and Safety

• Clients must ensure necessary vaccinations and fitness for travel.
• Ignoring safety instructions can lead to trip termination without refund.
• Adventure activities are voluntary and at the client’s risk.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

• Clients are responsible for their passports, visas, and IDs.
• OlyoTrip may assist in visas but cannot guarantee approval.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.

Airline Guidelines

• Airline delays and cancellations are beyond OlyoTrip’s control.
• Baggage issues must be handled with the airline directly.
• Government taxes/fuel surcharges before ticketing are payable by the client.
• Meals depend on airline type. Low-Cost Carriers may exclude meals.

Accommodation Guidelines

• Standard check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM (may vary).
• OlyoTrip is not liable for hotel-imposed charges (e.g., minibar, city tax).
• Clients are responsible for damages during their stay.

Transfers and Sightseeing

• Transfers are point-to-point as per itinerary.
• Some attractions may close unexpectedly; no refunds apply.
• Some trips may require clients to reach meeting points themselves.

Limitation of Liability

• OlyoTrip works with third-party vendors but is not liable for their actions.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) release OlyoTrip from liability.
• OlyoTrip is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Conduct and Behavior

• Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without compensation.
• Clients are responsible for damages caused by their actions.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Client data is collected for travel purposes and stored securely in compliance with Indian IT Act & GDPR.
• Data may be shared with third-party partners where necessary.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes will follow Indian mediation or arbitration standards.
• All disputes are under Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms

OlyoTrip reserves the right to modify these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.

By booking with OlyoTrip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any clause is invalid, others remain enforceable.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms form the complete agreement.

Special Conditions

• Refer to Annexure A for short-haul and long-haul rules.
• Clients must adhere to laws of the destination country.
• Changes in custom packages may incur extra costs.

Force Majeure Clause

• Includes acts of God, pandemics, political unrest, or other uncontrollable scenarios.
• OlyoTrip may reschedule/cancel trips under such events and refund minus non-refundable costs.
