Payment Policy

💳 OlyoTrip – Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms related to payments made for travel bookings with OlyoTrip. By booking with us, you agree to follow the payment structure and conditions below:.

🧾 1. Booking Amount

A minimum 40% advance payment is required to initiate and confirm your travel package. The remaining 60% must be paid no later than 20 days before the departure date. For urgent bookings or travel within 7 days, 100% payment may be required upfront.

💸 2. Accepted Payment Methods
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
  • Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Secure Payment Gateways (with OTP verification)
🧾 3. Transaction Charges
  • 2.5%–3% on Credit/Debit card payments (depending on payment gateway)
  • 6% additional charge on American Express cards
  • These charges are non-refundable in case of cancellations.
🕒 4. Payment Deadlines

Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without any refund. Late payments may lead to price changes or service unavailability

📧 5. Payment Confirmation

You will receive an official confirmation and invoice once the payment is successfully processed. Please keep a screenshot or reference number of your transaction for record.

🔁 6. Refunds on Payment
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
  • Transaction fees and cancellation charges will be deducted as per our Cancellation Policy.
⚠️ 7. Payment Responsibility
  • The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate billing and payment details.
  • Any failure in payment processing due to incorrect details is not OlyoTrip’s liability.

Rates quoted are subject to change based on currency fluctuation, tax changes, or supplier revisions until full payment is received.

OlyoTrip is not responsible for service denial due to non-payment, partial payment, or delayed payment.
